VMC offers excellent price: performance ratio April 2008
 
Having a 900 by 410 mm worktable set on a heavy duty cast bed with extended bearing blocks for the 460 mm vertical Z-axis, the Dugard Eagle 760 vertical machining centre offers sub-contractors flexible, good capacity machining and heavy duty cutting at a competitive price.

The 760 has a working volume of 760, 430 and 460 mm in X, Y and Z respectively. The 7.5 kW 40 taper spindle delivers 8,000 rpm and rapid traverse rates of 24 m/min to a positioning accuracy of + 0.005 mm.
