NC Engineering to become Citizen Machinery UK 03/03/2008

NC Engineering Ltd, Watford will officially change its name to Citizen Machinery UK Ltd on 1 April 2008.

The change reflects the focus on Citizen sliding-head lathes and follows the purchase of NC Engineering shares by Citizen in June 2006, making the Watford-based firm a wholly owned subsidiary of Citizen Machinery, Japan. Geoff Bryant remains at the helm.

At MACH, the company will be present as Citizen Machinery UK.
