Clamping force blocks deliver up to 0.01 mm repeat accuracy January 2008

Schunk Tandem KSP plus clamping force blocks achieve a repeat accuracy of up to 0.01mm for precise machining results. The multi-tooth guidance of the base jaws, the long jaw guidance and exact centering via the clamping sleeves considerably reduce jaw lifting.

The compact clamping force block with its one-piece, extremely rigid base body achieves gripping forces of up to 60 kN. Integrated piston lubrication and compact chip-deflecting shape and wear-resistant parts provide a remarkably sturdy and largely maintenance-free unit.

The Tandem KSP plus clamping force block is available in compact 100, 160 and 250 mm sizes.
