Cutting without dust or particle filter

The CleanCut CC suction system removes all chips and particles produced during the cutting of metal, graphite or plastic materials directly at the work spindle and keeps workpieces and cutting tools clean. The suction device, which has been specially developed for use in high-speed milling machines with linear CNC axes, ensures that sheet metal can be drilled, milled and engraved without any particles being released in the air. The suction head is automatically retracted and extended to remove dust, which, again, saves time.
CleanCut completely removes the material that is milled off during machining without touching the workpieces. Therefore, it can also be used for extremely sensitive surfaces. Tool change, tool measurement and three-dimensional tracing of workpieces can be carried out without any restrictions. However, if the vacuum funnel interferes with machining, it can be fixed in the retracted state or dismantled.
A cooling lubrication head with four nozzles is also available. This combination of CleanCut CC and minimal quantity cooling, leaves almost no residue.
