CAM Manager for DentMILL will make it even easier for technicians with minimal manufacturing experience to machines caps and bridges in ceramics and titanium using the latest CNC technology.
The CAM Manager includes nesting tools to orientate automatically all parts within the selected stock. Part-used areas of the stock are automatically taken into consideration. This allows the most efficient possible use of materials and so keeps costs to the minimum. The user can specify the spacing to leave between pockets/borders of each part, the starting point for nesting, and the direction in which the parts should be nested.
Tools enable text and/or serial numbers to be engraved on each part so that it is quick and easy to add a patient reference and mouth position to each component.
