Although the NCN is a company limited by guarantee with a management board consisting of senior representatives from key stakeholders, it is funded by government. The programme director at the organisation, which is based at the headquarters of TWI Ltd near Cambridge, is Ajay Kapadia, a man with extensive experience of composite materials, largely in the marine industry. |
